For the past 15 years, I've helped many people reduce stress, tension, and pain using a variety of therapeutic massage techniques.
I regularly work with clients who are managing and recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, including:
frozen shoulder, whiplash, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, TMJ syndrome, low back spasm, abdominal surgeries, carpal tunnel syndrome, concussion, arthritis, meniscus repair, knee and/or hip replacement surgery, plantar fasciitis, Achilles repair, insomnia, allergies, and COPD.
My clients inspire me to seek further knowledge and training, and I strive to improve the effectiveness of each bodywork session. I love this work, and I'm honored to guide people on their journeys toward balance and wellness!
